TrainingSoftware programmers are accepted only after an intensive training. Training lasts 3 months and is performed within the company's campus. The training syllabus is built by the company, in order to close the gap between the needs and the programmers' knowledge. The trainers are qualified lecturers in the various required fields.

Up to now we have trained more than 100 programmers, in five courses focused on the NET and SQL high level technology. The company has the capacity training in various fields according to customers' requirement. Specific courses will be designed, together with the customer, according to the customers needs.

Outsourcing
The company has a wide experience with outsourcing activity, acting together with the customers' development team. The combined integrated team is managed by both group leaders. The information is delivered through periodic meetings (once or twice a month according to the customers' requirements), through the telephone, or by digital means (e-mail, Skype). In addition, requirement and design reviews meetings are going to take place.

We have both domestic (various locations in Israel) and foreign customers (USA, Canada), but never faced communication and information transfer problems.

Human resources – training and screening
All programmers are either with academic or sub-engineering degree. After the education graduation, they pass a very deep acceptance test. T he elected programmers, pass an internal course, lasting three full-time months. The course includes deep training, according to a training syllabus designed by the company. The best students are accepted to the company as programmers. The course brings to a deep acquaintance between the management and the students to enable a good screening process, in order to accept the best programmers.

Management and control
The working model developed, includes tight management and control, both for personal and professional programmers. A professional team performs a follow up activity on the groups' work-plan and helps in management and professional issues. All this activities are implemented in order to bring maximum efficiency and customers' satisfaction.
